Damages/Lost
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damage we will give a full refund but however you have to first return us the damage items back. Don't worry about the return postage we will refund you that amount with the product refund amount. In case order is lost in transit, we will refund your amount in your original payment method or in new credit gift voucher format ( Its totally up-to you which option you want to go with).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or in new credit gift voucher format ( Its totally up-to you which option you want to go with). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. But from our side after refund approval will refund u the amount immediately.
Replacement
If you dont want a refund for your lost/ damage good we can also provide you with replacement option of the same amount.
